Diana is a wonderful teacher. Not only does she take the time to help you understand what she is teaching you but is always willing to answer questions, give examples and make you laugh until you cry with some of the stories she has to offer. And if you are taking the webinar and still have questions Sharon is right there making sure any and all your worries are put right. I swear Sharon made me feel like i was on top of the world. They are awesome!

THE BEST place to get your 620, CSR and other licenses! Diana Fink is one of the best instructors out there! She made the course fun and interesting. Not only do they provide classroom training but simultaneous online. Worth every penny! The staff is helpful and they will assist you in getting your license posted. My 620 was valid on DFS by the time I got home from the 4 day course.
