I work with Laure from Johl & Company. As a local business owner, I understand the importance of going above and beyond for your clients. Not many people do this - but Laure sure does! Laure goes out of her way to remind me about certain things that I would have otherwise overlooked, which proves that as a customer, I am frequently being remembered. What more can you ask for? There is really not much more to be said. She simply takes the time and effort to understand my position, and genuinely does what she can to accommodate.
