I would never recommend this company to anyone I went there got insurance with them from out of state the lady reek of smoke in her breath smell like ass she indicated to me I need to get a VIN check for Rhode Island and all I needed was my registration the next day I went to the police station and they indicated to me that I need a copy of my title I wish they would have told me that because it was time-consuming for me so I called the company to let them know that I needed a copy of my title and that they should know that for future references dealing with people from out of state the lady was very rude the owner I spoke to First was very rude and disrespectful

Every time I need help and I go in to the office I am always greeted with a warm smile from Steven, the owner. Everyone who works there is very friendly and helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. I am always comfortable discussing my needs and problems with them and I feel that my input is valued. I have never had anything but a superb experience and I will continue to do business with Affordable Insurance for many years to come.

I have NEVER been spoken to in such a disrespectful way from a "business owner" in my life for asking a simple question. When my daughter told me the "owner" was condinsending and yells at her with constant harassing phone calls; I thought she was exaggerating. My first and only conversation consisted of EXACTLY that! In addition to him not following RI auto guidelines I will be filling a complaint.

THESE PEOPLE ARE AMAZING! I got dropped from my insurance company and was freaking out because of my low credit but Justin and Steven were able to help me out and get me the best price!
