These people are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. They will do anything possible to get out of talking to you or dealing with a claim. I have been hung up on so many times it is laughable. There is NO customer service in this organization. They will, however, take your check that you mail to them for payment every time.

This is the worst car insurance ever... they are rude and they do not return your calls. I was hit by someone that was insured by them and because they were unable to reach there insured they dropped my claim to repair my car!!

Horrible insurance canceled my policy against the hold and intent issued by Maryland insurance administration so I have a lapse in my insurance now...... And because they broke the hold of insurance from the state of Maryland.

It has taken over 46, yes forty-six, days for them to process my claim and send me a check. There is zero customer service. An estimate took 23 days. Even after I got estimates from various local body shops. Avoid!!

Unprofessional, take forever to pay a claim and every payment to another driver involves you being served a warrant for a court appearance and then maybe they will pay it. Absolutely worthless company.
