Horrible Experience the home buying process is bad enough but then when you have a Title Agent the is totally talking crazy and acts like they are to busy slamming stuff. . . . is not fun - Kimberly Malmos is not a person I care to ever see again. The escrow title fees were at lease twice as much as other title agency - they would not adjust their fees to match the industry fees. was a rip off - not happy. DO NOT USE Driggs Title

We were very disappointed with Driggs Title Agency. KJ and Jerry were incredibly rude and unprofessional. The communication was slow and there were several issues throughout their involvement that was not resolved to our satisfaction. Furthermore, they did not create an atmosphere of trust and that is very upsetting. I would never work with them again and would not recommend them.

Stay Away!!! They charge over double for their services over the other title agencies. And when you do encounter a problem it takes 6 months to get it rectified.
