Janet Patterson I have been a member of AAA for many years. During this time I have had the opportunity to use their roadside services, whether on the road or at home. They have always proven to be reliable and courteous, which is the reason I continue my membership. I have also used them to map out travel directions when taking long distance trips, which proved useful. I did have a question about the number of times I could use the rode side service, per year without paying a fee. What is that limit? I was also surprised I had to pay a fee for my misplaced card.

Yesterday I had a TERRIBLE day with my car and I was completely and utterly happy with the service I was provided by a tow-truck drive named Kevin E. He was as cool as a cucumber while I watched on in horror as my car and his truck blocked 4/5 lanes of traffic in downtown Newark. Ha! He was so nice, patient, and professional. So glad to have had that experience with him. Thanks from the owner of hot mess of a KIA minivan!! ref# 43632

I stopped in last week to pick up a map a tour guide and found that they had moved the maps etc from the entry foyer to the office on the side where they provide travelers checks, etc. I had to wait in line for 7 or -10 minutes while the clerk took care of two people ahead of me, including walking out to the foyer to get maps and books. I never have had to wait like that before to pick up a map. Thumbs down on the change from my experience.

I went to the Florham Park office to purchase international currency, I must confess that I arrived there at almost closing time. The cashier could not have been more pleasant, I was a little undecided as to the amount currency I needed to get, but she was very patient and told me to take my time and not worry. Thank you for a very pleasant experience

AAA was kind and courteous to me when I needed help with my car. They came to get me on the road repaired my car and arrange a ride for me to get home. The car care center that was on route 22, I am sorry to see it closed. Hope another like that will reopen. I must say thanks AAA and I hesitated not to renew my membership.

The gentleman that helped me told me I would be able to do this online but he would be happy to do this for me. He printed out the book and took the time to explain the route. It was a great trip.
