I can not say enough good things about Jim. He provided exellent customer service and is a great man of intergrity. When i intially signed up for notary bond and errors and emmision insurance, Jim made sure to mention that he was running a special that would result in my receiving a discount. I had not known this prior, as I didnt see it on the website. Jim, was very thorough in explaining the process from start to finish. I am pleased with his level of customer service that I even plan to purchase my broker surety bond through him as well. I highly recommend him.
