I highly recommend Michael based on my personal experience. I used the online Marketplace to purchase my health insurance in 2013. I began that process in early October and was not able to finalize it until late December. After 8 weeks of navigating the government website on my own, I finally purchased a health policy. During 2014, I had several occasions to have to call my insurance provider due to their failure to pay legitimate claims. I finally had to file a complaint with the Indiana Insurance commissioner in order to get the insurance company to deliver on their obligations. When open enrollment came around in 2014, I knew I wanted to change companies but did not want to go through the agonizing process of trying to do it myself. So I contacted Michael for his assistance. He patiently explained the nuances of various policies and helped me to purchase a policy that met my needs and was as cost effective as possible. I have not had any reasons to contact my new company as of yet, but Michael has assured me if the need arises he will be available to assist. Having a local agent with whom I can speak face to face, who has the knowledge and experience to navigate the government marketplace website and who is available to assist when needed is invaluable to me as a consumer. I highly recommend Michael to any who need to purchase individual health insurance policies or for self-employed/small business owners. Personable and competent, he will be able to walk you through the process in as painless a way as possible and assist you in finding the product that will best meet your needs.

Michael has been invaluable in helping our pastor and church navigate the myriad of choices between the ObamaCare Marketplace and private carrier options. Through his assistance, we were able to save thousands of dollars in 2014 over the prior year while maintaining comparable insurance coverage for our pastor and his family.
