The Angela Webb State Farm agency is absolutely outstanding in customer care, follow-up and professionalism. They excel in providing individual attention and care, as well as patiently and thoroughly providing all of the options and considerations needed to make effective decisions. We have so enjoyed our experience and feel that any questions we have asked, have been addressed quickly and very thoughtfully. Trying to navigate the various ins and outs of the insurance world is not easy, but has sure been made more understandable and even enjoyable, working with this great staff. I was misquoted, my rate changed weekly, I had one issue after another, and Angela was absolutely rude and was the worst out of her office when it came to customer service. The only people who were understanding and nice was Collin and Liz. They always did their best to rectify the situation. I would absolutely NOT recommend this agency.

When my daughter had an accident, Angela gave me a call and made sure we were taken care of quickly. The car was totaled but the claim was settled promptly and fair. She made sure we had a car to drive while ours was out of commission and I really appreciated that.
