I wanted to take a moment to thank all of the folks at State Farm who helped get my roof repaired. I had expected a tedious experience at best, but the claim and repair process was smooth and without any issues - everyone I worked with or my property manager worked with was professional, friendly and interested in getting things done the right way. Both Rebecca Kleist in the field office and Dominic Belinchak, the inside adjuster, followed up with me regularly to provide updates or make sure that things were going according to plan. Barry Trent worked primarily with my property manager, Chris, and the roofer, Bartlett Homes. Given the speed with which the roof was assessed and replaced, the team on the ground clearly wanted to make sure no further damage was incurred and that the house would be set to weather the next storm. I appreciate all the hands on this, particularly because I am NOT on site to monitor progress or chase people down to ensure my home is protected.
