I have been doing business with Hartley for the last 4 years now and their products and customer service is absolutely top notch. Everytime I have called in, from the first day, my insurance needs have been taken care of. Last year they re-shopped my insurance in house and found me a lower rate. I mean really, what company these days would go out of their way to take money out of their own pocket to help their customers save. I give this company a solid five stars.

Just know that while getting charged double what state farm charges you could get charged $50 for leaving them and going somewhere else for more coverage at a way lower price...... probably worth the $50 to switch and get away from them...... I know they are just the agents for Progressive and Progressive is a horrible company with bad customer service

Hartley insurance has been very helpful with our insurance needs! We use them for our life insurance and car insurance.
