I applied for an Auto Loan with a not so impressive credit score and they gave me a chance anyway! My payments are low and affordable and I got the approval the same day I applied. They had a check for me the following day and offered to set up my payments at whatever time of the month was most convenient for me. Definitely worth a five star review! Thank you FCU. You saved me!

THESE PEOPLE ARE IDIOTS I CLOSED MY ACCOUNT BY MAIL LIKE THEY REQUESTED AND AFTER SENDING ME MY REFUND CHECK AND CLOSER LETTER. THEY CONTINUED TO PULL THOUSANDS OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT. THEN WHEN I CALLED THEY SAID THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT AND NEVER DID RESULTING IN MY CHECKING ACCOUNT TO GO INTO THE NEGATIVE. STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY BACK!!!

Got horrible service cause i went to deposit change (that was neatly rolled) i understand its probably not your fav to deposit change (76$) between quaters and dimes but thats why i got an account so i can deposit my money and last i check change is money. Got to the FCU in the shores better service or the one by merion oaks

they have the worst customer service over the phone in any bank ive ever had. their 1800 number hangs up on you everytime you try and connect to a human. they have my money in their bank but wont let me speak to anyone about it. never been so frustrated with a bank as I am right now trying to access my account.
