I am a Professional from San Antonio, Texas. In 1992 I was wrongfully accused of indecency with a child (step Daughter) in Floresville, Texas and 2 years later the file was closed, never arrested. 17 years later I get into a custody argument because my daughter (15 yrs old) came to live with me, due to her mother sending her to me. During an argument with my first wife, she get aggressive and I get to send her to jail and I press charges. 3 months later I get arrested for the same crime as 17 years ago because my ex convinces the San Antonio DA Susan Reed that it is warranted. A week after I get out of jail and a $70,000 bond I frantically start putting money together to find council, Blessings were sent to me and I was directed to Brandon Hudson Law Firm. I remember my first meeting, I’m nervous as hell and Brandon comes from upstairs office and invites me up, then he asked me what happened, I pull out my stack of papers from back in 1992 and he speed reads through them and asked a few more questions, then sits on his desk and says this is how I will challenge this in the court room and argue the case. 10-15 mins and he’s ready to kick some tail! Man! I tell you, I had met with 3 other Lawyers and it was all financial but not with Brandon, he was already working and there were no papers signed, so nevertheless he was hired. So listen Chain of events are important because in these situations your life is at stake and you are guilty and must prove your innocence. I am writing this testimonial 1-5 yrs after my case has been closed. It affected me and my family and almost costed my freedom, kids and home. As for my work, I was trading internationally and all had to stop because if you have a federal case against you then you can’t do any type of overseas banking or contracts, so financially it drained me. So Mr. Hudson and his team worked due diligently, professionally and aggressively for over 2 years to get my case thrown out, mind you we were ready for trial. I was ready for trial mentally and fiscally. I started with I will never make a plea deal of any sort and Brandon knew that; but with that decision came pros and cons, we win and I’m free but if we lose I go to jail. It was an emotional roller coaster. I was ready, I had all the original documents from the Wilson county courthouse and I knew that nothing ever happened back in 1992 and now I had the best Lawyer in town and ready for a fight. As I reread what I am writing now its emotional because you lose friends, family and sometimes faith. My second wife even divorced me because of this case coming back, it wasn’t because she thought that anything ever happened, but the strain that it puts in your home. The reason that I tell you my story is because these types of cases take everything out of you and you need to know that Daniel and Hudson Law firm are there to put the pieces back together and that they are always a phone call away. If you are going through a tough case be strong, be smart, take notes and do your homework because even though you are about to hire the best firm in Texas, you still must help provide essential material to back your innocence. Mr. Daniel returned a call my mother had left late in the evening, and offering his services. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I knew him for a short time and in that time he was prompt with his responses, always getting back to my Mother and I immediately! He made a miracle happen in regards to my case, it was divine! I am glad that I hired the law firm of Daniel and Hudson. Mr. Daniel represented me on a DWI charge here in San Antonio that included a blood specimen that showed a pretty high blood alcohol content. He called an expert witness and filed a pretrial motion and got the evidence of my blood alcohol content thrown out. He continued to work hard on the case and convinced me to not take any plea bargain. When my case was finally called for trial the district attorney dismissed the case. If you are charged with a DWI, these guys are good. I would recommend them to anyone.
