If I could give no star that would be the rate the Visalia office would receive. Every time I go into that office something is wrong with my policy the last time I went the Manager was the one who assisted me she has the worst attitude you can imagine. Im not surprised how much turn over with employees there is in this office. very unprofessional no idea about customer service,but real quick to take your money for any change made to a policy and to not even get it right.

Went in after an exhausting day of running around going to many different other insurance companies looking for a good price. Once I walked in I was greeted and told I would be helped asap. Karen was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly and was able to get me a good price even though my driving record is not the best. Very pleased with the service I was given
