I go in in here to pay my boyfriend bill all the time. Today we ran into a couple of issues but Faith the Manger and her Team helped us out so much today. Not only did she fix my issue but she got my boyfriend monthly payments EVEN LOWER THAN THEY WERE BEFORE !!!! I was so grateful I keep saying in my head God why are you so good to us !!! Every time I come in there the customer service is AMAZING !!!! Whatever issues or questions you had they will answer it and make sure you FULLY UNDERSTAND what is going on, without rushing you. Going out your way for others goes a long way. So thank Faith and her Team for everything you do for my Mom, Boyfriend and myself ! Its hard to find people like you guys !

In a few short minutes, Faith was returning my call with good news. She was able to find an insurance company that was over $100 per month less than I was currently paying. I was surprised... First, that there was a lower rate, and secondly, by the promptness and attentiveness Faith provided. I am very happy with the rates and service. My # 1 person there is definetly Faith she is "the Bomb", whenever I have an issue she goes above and beyond to satisfy my needs. The staff is very friendly and nice ! Greets guest when they walk in and make sure they fit you with the best prices ever. These two young ladies are great. When I was having a fit and did not know what was going on they calm me down and sat down for quite some time to figure things out. so I appreciate it. They also look around at different insurance companies that you would fill ur needs in what you would want in a insurance company their cool laid back but on point all the time
