Just switched my insurance after many years at a national company. Mark made the entire process totally painless and easy! He has a high level of knowledge and was very thorough in explaining all available options and service was extremely prompt. Not only did he save me money, but I also have better coverage at a lower price! One of the most refreshing parts of the process was that every time I contacted the office by phone, I spoke to a very pleasant, live person. They took the time to explain why I needed certain coverage, even though my past agent had never even mentioned it.
