I did not feel like I was taken care of under Pete or State Farm. I was in an accident that was not my fault and they did not send it to arbitration for review like they should’ve. I had to do all the leg work with the accident and felt like there was little to no support from the local office, the agent, or State Farm. I am switching to Allstate and am getting much better care and a much better rate on all of my policies.
