I strongly will discourage anyone to use this firm! My husband was injured in an auto accident and 2.5 years later, having to deal with different case managers should of been a warning sign for the outcome we got. Every time we turned around someone else was requesting information that we had already submitted we had to do it again because that case manager was no longer with company. Seems like the turn around with The Firm is an issue. We should have read the reviews as seeing there are so far and in between "Good Ones". I can only speak from personal experience. My husband was rear ended from behind from a City employee during work hours. As you can already tell The City and County will do what ever they can to prolong any outcome or drag on the process, we were offered a pretty good settlement and was advised not to take it. That Sawaya could get more. Well they got all that was awarded to him. Still leaving me ( his spouse with all the medical bills) since he was instructed to file BK. Sitting in the court room for trial I seen how un organized they were. I was very embarrassed and wished that we picked someone else. 49K later in medical bills which include surgery that this lady already admitted fault to my husband walked away with nothing. And the attorney response was and I quote " Well we all knew that this was a 50/50 chance that it could of gone either way." It takes two months for settlement to disburse which was 25K that he is lucky if he brakes even.." Meaning lucky if we do not owe the firm anything. How fair is that. I hope this review will help someone who is considering to use this firm and really do your research. Winning is not always everything nor is money but this lady has ruined my husband life. Our financial future and we trusted what Rob told us and now that everything is said and done. I am starting to get the garnishments!!! I do not care for the owner to reply to my review but simply attend a Trial and see how unprofessional his partners/paralegals are since they are representing him and his name.

This law firm, and lawyer Kristina Vasold, handled my Social Security Disability case. I had already worked with another firm, and lost my first appeal. When I searched for a new attorney to handle another appeal, every law firm turned down my case because it was unusual and difficult to prove due to the lack of proper physicians’documentation in my medical records. Kristina was very honest about the merits of my case and exactly what I should expect from her. She stood by me through denial after denial and never gave up fighting for me. After 3 longs years, I won my case. Being disabled and out of work is extremely stressful, but with Kristina’s help, and the entire firm’s resources, I am now able to stop worrying about paying for most of my medical care, and have a reasonable income from my benefits. She is one of the few people who stood by me when I needed her, even when I was not the most pleasant client to handle. I can’t thank her and the Sawaya Law Firm enough.

I was injured in a car accident and was very worried about how to handle the situation. After being referred to Sawaya Law I was assigned to Attorney Todd Mason. He is possibly one of the most respectful and compassionate professionals I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Not only did he relentlessly fight for my case, he also consulted me on matters outside the lawsuit during and after the case had settled. He made sure I was comfortable with every decision made, every step of the way. Hopefully none of my friends and family will experience a personal injury but if they do, I would recommend this Law firm and Todd Mason in a heartbeat. Rob and his group did an amazing job for us. They took our case to trial and won way more than the insurance company was offering us before we went to court. He far exceeded what we thought we would get and he did a great job for us in court. We could not have been happier with him and his assistant Rory. They helped us every single step of the way. From the moment the law suit was filed through the depositions and the defense exam that they made us do. They prepared us very well for trial so we knew what to expect and what was going to happen. Rob explained all the different possible things that could happen at trial and he was up front with us regarding all the possible risk that we would face. However, once we won we were able to recover all the money plus more. I would tell anyone go to this law firm and hire them. They are some of the best trial lawyers out there and they will take such great care of you. To them the client is number 1.

This has been a journey for me . Not wver being in a position to seek/need legal counsel.It has been stressful over past 3 months. My understanding is qe have a long way to go. You are told it is a team approach and high sensitivity will be given to your being made to feel comfortabke, cared about ( personal injury) case . I have to say it has not felt that way. I am under teemendous physical and emotional stress. I am highly educated and worked as a highly functioning person in the Medical field. Michael, Rory, Sande and Rob where great! I was rear-ended by a tractor trailer on a hwy off ramp. They helped me find medical professionals in many different fields to aid in my recovery. They absolutely were there for both me and my whole family. All questions were answered and they were always accessible. In the end we settled the case and my family and I are starting to see some normalcy in our day to day lives again and this is priceless! Our medical office was contacted today by Rory Connor from the Sawaya Law Firm regarding a client that you are representing. I just want to say this guy was extremely unprofessional and rude to myself and to the other two staff members that he talked to in our office. This gentleman should be taught how to deal with people in a professional environment or find a job where he has no customer contact. Do yourself a favor and put this guy in a non-contact position where he does not have to deal with the public!!!!

If there is one solid choice for an attorney, this is the place. Sarah and Alicia went above and beyond to help. After not getting anywhere with the insurance, they paved they way for success. Through the headache of failing to settle, Sarah, Alicia and Rob made sure everything was properly prepared for trial. I know I made the correct choice, even after a verdict confirmed that the time I took to choose an attorney was well worth it. There is not a doubt in my mind that I would choose the Sawaya again.
