These people are guaranteed to give the absolute worst customer experience you will ever come across. They DO NOT care to contact you about appointments. They WILL NOT call you back if you request it. They just assumed it my responsibility to get the father there. They never once contacted him about the appointment but when I showed up said we both had to be there. not one of my documents that they sent out stated this.

Full of excuses, cant answer a simple question, cant give appointments, they act like you are bothering them by being there even tho its your money they are playing with! Anytime you want to try and change anything it takes forever! Minimun 6 months but to take the $$ they arr faster than the IRS!

They have been sitting on 4,000.00 of back child support for over a year. They say its on hold so their accountants can figure out how much to release. WTH?? There is no figuring how much.....its MY damn money! They need new accountants if it takes them over a year to figure that out.

I did have to wait an hour; however, that is the nature of dealing with state institutions. The people working at the office were professional, and more importantly personable and engaging. You could tell they were really trying to do their best for everyone there.

Second WORST Governmental Agency behind the IRS. I have had Custody of my Daughter since 2013 and I got a letter in the mail saying OAG has overpaid me $8452.78. ABSOLUTELY BULL CRAP MISTAKE made within their system and Now I am getting SCREWED OVER

Impossible to get any action taken to obtain child support from non-custodial parent. You will spend years calling them with no help on their part.
