I am a small business owner and hired Custer Roberson for my bankruptcy. From start to finish, I was treated well and the process went very smoothly. Everyone at the firm was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. As a small business owner, I must take exception to the posting by "Nick" accusing them of "faking reviews". It is not unusual to copy and past postings from other web sites. Also, my experience was similar to the others listed - my bankruptcy was more complicated than most, so I arrived at my hearing early to watch several others so I would know what to expect. This made me nervous. I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly and quickly my hearing went as compared to the others I watched that were less complicated than mine. The reason my entire bankruptcy went well was because Custer Roberson has done nothing but bankruptcies for many years, and they really do know what they are doing. Thank you Custer Roberson!!!!

Worst law office ever. They refuse to help my mother get the title to HER car, the car that has been fully paid off and was included in her case. After numerous phone calls, this has yet to be resolved and the car has been paid off since February 2017. This office has rude employees that are unwilling to help out. My mother was told that she is given a service she did not pay for in regards to this law office helping to get the title of her car. She has paid your law office to file her case, you have failed to hold up your part of the deal and provide her the title to this vehicle. Do NOT use this horrible office for representation!

Custer Roberson was a lifeline in a desperate and depressing situation. They were more than attentive, and informative, they were amazingly supportive. I just attended a seminar after my 341 hearing that Custer Roberson put on as to how to repair my credit after my discharge. It was by far the most valuable tool that I could have received. I left the seminar more empowered with the knowledge I need for the next step I should take after my bankruptcy gets discharged. Thank you! Jan Filipek was the best she kept me calm when I thought all was lost. I knew I could call her if I was just stressed about what was going on.
