Larry Zefuss and Culver Van Der Jagt - You are freakin rock stars! Culver, thank you so much for meeting with me and hooking me up with Larry! I was working with that firm that claims to give a crap about fathers rights on their fancy commercial and their brochures. They do care about a fathers right to pay them ALL of their money. I went and spoke to Culver and at the end of my meeting with him, I called and fired those fathers rights guys. Once they were withdrawn from my case I immediately hired The Van Der Jagt Law Firm! Larry and Culver really cared about helping me out, and not stealing my money. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a wise counselor of law. I know first hand that divorce can consume a persons entire being, and having an asset like these guys on your side puts you at an advantage right from the start. They did a descent job and I won my case, but that was purely because I had a solid case and legal recourse was a formality. Most of the lawyers work as sub-contractors. Communication was not the best. On the first meeting I saw Culver making side deals with some guys that did not strike a lot of confidence, also on the first meeting I asked for 2 outcomes: school districting and legal bill recouperation. They both said that would work. After sometime I got the legal draft and I noticed the legal bill recouperation was not part of it, when I asked about it they said I had to go a different route and it was too late to change. Very disappointed. Sure I had some issues as the relationship with my ex was at a very low point, but geeze for the amount of money this firm costs a person should expect better.

When dealing with something as important as child custody issues, Culver is beyond compare. I had an emergency custody situation arise. In less than one week of becoming involved, Culver prepared our case, filed for an emergency hearing and the issue was resolved 100% in our favor. That simple!
