I had contacted the law firm finding them online I sent an email explaining my situation and Gerald Miller PA emailed me right back explaining that I have most likely a winning case! We talked right away on phone the next morning. Very Friendly Motivated and Patient with me knowing that I had never been in any type of problems prior I had many questions that were answered. Reasonably priced I Love that they kept in contact and up to date with progress of my case via email and personal calls on a regular basis. Needless to say Gerald Miller PA and I won the court case and I have given there name out to a few people in need of help. I would go back to them if I ever need to again. I will always be grateful of this law firm and recommend them 100%

Gerald Miller law has been as good as advertised. I got myself in DWI trouble on a vacation in Brainerd. It was my second in ten years and I blew a .18 which is considered double therefore they seized my new truck which I had only made one payment. Gerald drove back and forth from mpls. to Brainerd to handle 3 charges: state, criminal and forfeit of vehicle. I got truck back and the minimum of sentencing. Gerald also helped me with personal things that came up like towing vehicle, intoxilizers, classes etc. I highly recommend you use this firm if you get into any trouble! Jim Greenwood
