Paid the retainer a month ago. Paperwork was submitted on April 28th. Meeting with the attorney was last Friday, May 5th. Was promised bankruptcy would be filed on Friday (5/5) or Monday (5/8). Also promised the garnishments would be removed in time of the paychecks on May 12th. Just received a pending deposit notification and check is continued to be garnished. Obviously, bankruptcy has yet to be filed. Due to their delay in filing, my family will be living in a cardboard box next month. We cannot continue to trust being told that we are under bankruptcy protection and then on payday we are left with absolutely nothing! Left numerous messages to speak to the attorney and the receptionist states she will pass along a message - this has been since Monday and no one has returned any of our messages. I see all of the positive reviews but I have to admit this has not been a very positive experience. Our family cannot eat or pay next months rent because we are left with almost nothing for checks because bankruptcy has not been filed nor have the garnishments been removed. We completed and submitted our paperwork on April 28th and here we sit poor and frustrated. Very sickened with this entire process and just our luck to end up with an incompetent attorney.

On May 5th 2015, me and my wife had an appointment to consult with an attorney who was very professional and punctual in explaining the things we need to do in order to satisfy our financial hardship. Miller & Miller Law is an outstanding law firm. My case was very tough. There were times that I thought he would give up. Attorney Miller never gave up, he trusted me. I had creditors trying to prevent my general discharge by trying to confuse everyone about my business debts and my personal debts, however Attorney Miller won my general discharge from bankruptcy . Very helpful office and staff but it is all the little things and details making this a 2 star review. I had certain questions and concerns going into this process and specifically asked about them numerous times and never ended up really getting a straight answer out of the different answers I did receive. Also the addition of extra fees that could have easily been discussed up front but were not and only discovered on my own months later. Overall good process and very helpful staff and things seen to be going well for now.......

I had a consultation with one of there attorneys last year he quoted me the total cost would be 1,855.00 I searched around and found bankruptcy attorney Amy Trutan who has 15 years of experience of being a bankruptcy attorney she really knows her stuff and she quoted me 1,294.00 for the total amount of filing for bankruptcy which is 561.00 less than Miller and Miller she also explained to me everything that I need to know in my opinion is want someone who has more experience than a attorney fresh out of law school

I would not recommend this agency. I had three different lawyers work with me, one for my consultation, another one met with me to set up my hearing, then another one showed up at my hearing with me. No consistency. My wishes were not respected, and a mistake was made. I attempted to work with them to fix things but never heard back from them as promised. If you are filing bankruptcy, you would be wise to spend the little money you have somewhere else rather than overy pay for lackluster results here.
