I was extremely relieved to retain legal services with Shaffer & Engle Law Firm. The case that was worked by Elisabeth helped to turn a terrible situation into a bearable lesson learned. I remember coming to her office in tears completely distraught by my disposition. Elisabeth empathized and explained my situation elaborating what would need to be done in order to help resolve the issue. She was reasonable in her fees as I only worked a part time job at McDonalds. In short, she was very knowledgeable of the court system and came to the hearings fully prepared making sure to make time to speak with me prior. She gave me hope and encouragement to continue to make positive choices and allowed me an opportunity to be redeemed despite my situation. I trusted her advice and will continue to do so as she has not let me down. I would recommend this law firm to anyone who seeks legal representation.

Jeff Engle is an attorney that will work hard when it comes to your case, and always treats you like a person and not just another case number. When we first talked he gathered all the information about my case. But, he then also took the time to get to know me as a person. When I got really stressed about the case, he called me one night just to make sure I was ok. This is just one example of him going above and beyond being an attorney. My personal opinion is that if someone knows you as a person; they are going to fight even harder to defend you. Jeff is an excellent attorney that cares.
