Very poor communication (forgot to change things in divorce decree, not seeing an email with very important info in it, agreeing to things with only 1 of the people involved, etc). Also verbally quoted a QDRO but when asked more, the price nearly doubled! I will NEVER recommend this firm (Specifically Jessica Turner) to anyone I know and will deter people from coming here.
