The experiences have been positive. I have used the facility on two occasions, both on Saturdays. Being new to the area I appreciated the shuttle service, which is not offered in all places on the weekend. On my second occasion I was trying to rent a car when a staff made me aware that the facility could assist me. Travel made all the arrangements and I was given a shuttle to the car rental facility. They transported my golf clubs as I was determine to play in the weekend and the shuttle driver was willing to wait as the rental car was not immediately available. The facility kept me informed throughout the car repair process. I would recommend it.

Really getting annoyed with this place. Brought it over at 12:30 yesterday and by 6pm no one had looked at it yet and was told that they would look at first thing in the morning and I would get a call. It is now 12:43 and I had no call and when I walked there to check on my truck, was told no one had looked at it yet. Would like to give this place a higher rating but at the moment not happy. I am probably gonna ha e to have it towed somewhere else, as no one has yet to talk to me or bothered to look at my truck.

Horrible! They said it would take an hour for an oil change.... turns out they stated working on my car an hour after I got there! No heads up! And I repeatedly asked the before they started. They need to be honest with their customers. I am a AAA member but I will not be returning to this location.

They towed my vehicle to there shop to be fixed and its been there for a week no progress or a call to let me know whats going on with my car but as soon as one of the mechanics steal the expensive radio out. My car they call me to let me know that the service is horrible

Had a good experience first time getting my truck fixed here after it had broke down. Everything was fixed correctly the first time with no problems and the prices were considerably cheaper than anywhere else, especially being that I was a member. Thank you AAA!

Our car broke down one evening and it was suggested that the tow driver take the car there for service. They called us the next day to let us know what it would cost to fix our car and when it would be ready for pickup. Great service and price. Thanks AAA!

I have been using this center for the oil changes in all my vehicles for a long time now. I have the AAA membership so I receive excellent coupons to use. Their customer service deserves an A++. They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied.

My husband and I went there to book a trip the so called "supervisor " had the worst customer service of anybody working there. How do you become a supervisor absolutely no customer service skills? I will never give them my money or business!

Took crossfire and because the tire kept leaking and it needed a front end alignment. My car was done a couple hours after I dropped it off. Excellent customer service! Will be taking my Mercedes there today.

Horrible customer service. They transfer and complain about how busy they are what about your customers???? They are busy too and not to mention now at risk of being repossessed because of your incompetence.
