When I came to the realization that I had to declare bankruptcy, after months of contemplating the decision, I called Mr. Buckley. My sister told me about some friends who had used him for their bankruptcies. They raved about his professionalism, speed of service, and knowledge of the court system with this type of case. I have to say that I agree 100% with everything they told me. Having to go through such a difficult time was made much easier by Mark. Every meeting we had was reassuring for my husband and I throughout this process. Mark was always on time, he was always available by phone or email when I had questions, and as far as filing is concerned, he gave us the low down on how it worked, his deadlines, and left it up to us to make this a successful process. At the hearing, which was very nerve-wracking for someone who has not been through this process before, he made me comfortable and confident that my case was going to go off without a hitch. If you follow all of the rules set before you by the bankruptcy court, and listen to the sound advice Mark has to give you, you will be okay through the entire bankruptcy process. I have nothing negative to say about Mark Buckley and would recommend him to anyone! Thank you, Mark!

After the thought of bankruptcy for 2 years, my husband and I made the very difficult decision to choose that this was the route to go. I searched the internet for a reputable bankruptcy attorney. When I first contacted Mark regarding possibly filing for bankruptcy, he was very understanding of my situation and we organized a time for him to visit me at home and review my case. To my surprise, he did not try to "sell" me on the idea that this was the best route to take. Instead we reviewed the case together and he listened to me as I explained my situation.
