The Carlson Law Firm surpassed all my expectations. They truly offer a superior service. When I had a question or needed to be listened to, they were there. Their diligence was phenomenal and I highly recommend them for anyone that needs legal advice. They don’t charge up front so that’s good if you are like me and unable to afford to hire someone outright. However, you will pay a fee on a portion of the settlement. I guess that’s only fair. They were also very responsive. I would call and leave a message and would receive a call back within 24 hours from Scott Crivelli, the partner on my case, or his assistant. This was good enough for me. It’s easier to let these guys go to battle with the insurance companies than deal with them directly. Would definitely use again and my cousin is using them now and seems happy. 5 stars for sure considering what people think about attorneys. All Above board. Its worth noting that Scott is a former Army JAG guy so I felt a little more comfortable hiring him.

I am very thankful Drew Gibbs was assigned to my case. He was a quick study, very professional, dedicated, and has wonderful communication skills. He always returned my calls and emails no matter what time of day it was. I really appreciate all of his hard work and dedication to settle this matter. This law firm never contacted us after our initial interview. We did not know that they were proceeding with our case. We pursued them only to find out that our injuries were not significant enough for them to take our case although they contacted the insurance company that represented the hotel where we fell. Then they mailed us a letter saying they were no longer representing us but it was addressed to another client. There is absolutely no professionalism at this law firm. Unless you have a "big money" case, do not bother.

I was in a wreck that involved some pretty minor property damage. I was surprised to realize a couple of days later that I was suffering from a whiplash injury. This firm helped me find the medical treatment I needed and treated me like I mattered, even though my claim was not very big. When my case was all said and done, I was feeling better, my medical bills were paid, and I even got a little money in pocket to cover the inconvenience of being in a wreck.
