Bought a 2017 new compact suv car so I needed to insure the car so my fiance manager called allstate to insure my car. Talked with a allstate representative to insure my car and the policy came out to be $1700. I was amaze that it was expensive so after I got my car insure under the policy I drove home with my new car. After a couple days I visited Allstate insurance: Morgan Agency hoping they can look at my policy and help me out with the expensive policy. Miranda Baucom, allstate representative, looked over my policy and re-adjust my policy for full coverage for my old car and new car saving me $900! Thanks a lot Miranda Baucom!!

Just got off the phone with Ryan. An Allstate insured individual bumped into one of my company work vehicles. This individual was not with the Morgan agency. However, Ryan was happy to help get the claim process started. He could have easily told me to call the agency that the insured was with, but instead took time out of his day to HAPPILY help me. I was very impressed with his attitude toward customer support. He truly sounded and acted like he was in the business of BUILDING relationships.
