I have a home on the market that was covered by another company. They did not cover vacant properties and thus would not renew coverage a the end of the contract. A potential buyer decided to withdraw 3 weeks into the escrow process and it left me scrambling. Fred picked up on my internet search and provided me with a quote that same day. After reviewing others, Freds was the best deal and we concluded the process all via the internet and e-mail attachments. Fred has been great keeping me informed and handling the issue seamlessly.
