Never met with Robin Jacobs, very hard to get anyone to call you back. Going on 3 years now, and still working on a settlement, worse experience ever. If you are looking for one attorney and not a team base firm ,I suggest you better ask questions before making your decision to hire a team of people to handle your case you might not like the results. Because dealing with a team of attorneys and no one person is working on your file, I cannot see any positive results from that kind of work management, and who is keeping track of your file? an attorney ethical obligation with you should be to return phone calls and communicate with you, and since no one person had my file, my experience was just the opposite, office failure to communicate or keep me inform on what was going on with my case. This was a total disaster and time wasted, pain and suffering as well. Learn my lesson well.

Terrible experience. It como.abogada a failure does not care about its customers never .Never put in corecto conosi m undoctor nothing but fight for it but never their customers I was with her for two years and never met my case I m q q eye so no change sedejen abla enganar mui nice but easier said than done anything

I was referred to them by grupo med legal. They met with me right away to get my info & the girl was punctual & courteous. But she called to make me an appointment & i had to wait 1 month to see someone. A few days later someone else called to confirm the info & was pleasant. However my month comes up, i go see the doctor & they cant see me, says im out of the insurance network. I call the office & they just take a message. Its been 4 days & no returned call. Im outta here.

I was reccomended to Robin Jacobs by my friend for a workers compensation case. After getting injured at work my employer and the Insurance Company insited I return to work. I met Robin in her office and she assured me she can help. She helped me get my Disability Benefits and After going to court, the insurance settled with us for $75,000.00.
