Denise stayed on top of things with friendly reminders of what information/documents were needed from us. Julie went out of her way to address some last minute items to ensure we could close on time. Closing was smooth, and Sam gave us a great organizational binder. They make a great team! Highly recommend working with them.

I was referred to Kerry by my Realtor and he was able to provide great references and was always available and responses even outside of normal working hours and weekends. He even came to the closing to ensure all was good. His advice was great and every estimate that I received actually came in lower than expected. This is the person that you want on your side when Financing your home purchase I would highly recommend Kerry to anyone, there is only a 5 star rating but he should get 10 stars!!
