I found Katie Russell and State Farm to be extremely helpful in answering all of my questions regarding the numerous insurance policies on the market. She went above and beyond to not only ensure that my family and I were educated, but also to ensure all of our questions were answered and we were 100% comfortable in our decisions. I didnt even know Katie and she went out of her way to treat me like someone that she was doing business with for the last 30 years.
