I moved from San Francisco to Palm Springs and wanted to renew my membership. Told to get a new membership. I asked then for premium plus which i had. Told only basic for 3 months then I could upgrade. All that is frustrating but livable. The reason I give this location one star is simple. The woman I spoke with was beyond rude. I mentioned it and she said do you want this or not. So in a very firm voice I paid for a membership. I guess i am used to customer service in Northern California where people are friendly. I hope this is an isolated incident.

Went to AAA on Saturday to purchase Legoland tickets and was in there for a total of about 8-10 minutes. On a Saturday? Are you kidding me?! Love this location.
