Horrible customer service so after several unreturned phone calls we decided to switch agents. She refused to change it over the phone so my girlfriend was forced to drive over to her office where Jeannie proceeded to berate and belittle my girlfriend eventually physically assaulting her. She made sure to mention numerous times that she had a "gun". Finally girlfriend was finally forced to call the police. There are lots of fine State Farm agents here in Tulsa so I would suggest using anyone but Jeannie Glover. I also noticed after my review today she suddenly went from 2 reviews in two years, mine being the second, to 18 in 24 hours and amazingly they are all overflowing with almost laughable praise of her amazing customer service skills and all with just one review to their history.... I think that alone is a pretty clear indicator of the ethics and professionalism that you can expect from her and her office......

We have been with Jainne Glover for a few years now and the staff there is great and very helpful. In February of this year 2016 I was in an accident and when everything was resolved, by the way which was very quickly, I had to go to the office and Jainne herself was the one who helped me with all the paperwork and answered all my questions and was very helpful after a good conversation and a few good laughs, everything was finished and I got my check. I highly recommend Jannie Glover as your State Farm Agent very respectful and kind.
