Company failed to send my insurance renewal notices on time several times over 1 1/2 years. Called to complain the first and second time it happened and was told it would be fixed. Third time, I called Rory again to complain about the late renewal notices and he NEVER called me back. I took my business elsewhere.

Just had my yearly review with the Shogren Agency, have never been with a company that does this. They set up the appointment for a time that was convenient for me and my husband. They went over my coverage and explained everything. The staff is always very helpful when I call in with questions.
