Think twice about using power home remodeling. Initially they will send a sales person to try and gain your business. First, if you decide to get a quote from this company, schedule it as your last quote for the project. They will eventually give you two quote prices...one if you want to take a day or two to consider your options, and one if you agree to the quote right then and their. In my case, it was a difference of $1900 to simply consider the quote over night! They would charge nearly 2k to simply consider an offer. Also, the sales pitch is lengthy (2 hours) and the sales person will over promise and is not knowledgeable about full scope of the work he will garuntee for an agreed upon price. For example, the sales person detailed in our conversation, prior to accepting his offer, that the existing trim around our front door would be replaced along with the door and frame. This was a main concern of mine and I confirmed this fact multiple times throughout the conversation. When the contractor arrived to take measurements, he informed me this promise was not true and that they would need to charge extra to include the trim. we cancelled the job because who knows how many other "additional charges" the company would try and tack on. If you use this company, be sure to cover every detail of the project carefully. Terrible experience and a waste of time when I explain we were tight on time to complete the project.

Our orginal sales rep from Power led us to believe that only the Power Home Remodeling Group personnel were replacing our roof. In addition, clean up after the job left a little bit to be desired. We actually found several roofing nails in our driveway! I wonder if they would of paid to replace my new bridgestone tires if I had run over one of their nails. Supposedly they were to place tarps all around the house to catch any nails and debris. Unfortunately they showed up with well woren tarps with big holes in them. They sent someone out with a magnetic device in order to check for more nails. I guess we have to trust that they got all of them because they will become a bullet when shot of my mowers blades. Upon sucessful completion of our roof replacement, my wife noticed one of the workers removing a magnetic sign from the side of their truck. Under the magnetic sign was the name of a different roofing company. Hmmm we were not aware that they used sub-contracted workers. Having said that, our roof was finished in a very timely manner. We do like our roof and have recieved several positive comments from neighbors. I sometimes wish that I had pursued other roof replacement estimates. I still give them a GOOD rating because of the appearance and timeliness of the installation.

From the beginning of the presentation to the end, the experience was respectful, informative and extremely comfortable, We were presented with everything we needed to know up front and shown the actual materials that would be used. The product sold us along with the vent that is extremely beneficial for the cape cod style home. After saying yes to having our roof replaced by Power, my brother (a 30+ year roofer) went up to take a look at the roof and reported the same problems that Power pointed out. I never doubted that Power was misleading us, but having a family member report the same problems, nothing more or less, I knew we had made the best possible choice. The job was completed in an 8 hour work day, including clean up and the quality assurance team was an absolute pleasure. They came in and showed us pictures of areas of the roof that were not visible from the ground and made sure that the clean up was what it should have been. This company gets nothing less than a 5 star rating from my family because along with the top quality job done on the roof there was a level of comfort that I have not received before, even during the sales presentation.

The Power Home Remodeling Group came by my house because they stated "They were in the area". They talked to me about my roof and I was willing to give them a chance for their free estimate. They stated that my wife needed to be there during the estimate, and I said I gave them no guarantees if my wife can make the time period. The gentleman shows up to do the estimate and first thing, before introducing himself, he asks if my wife is home. I said no because she had an errand to run. He went back to his car and made a phone call while I waited for him to start. When he gets out of the car he approaches me and says that we will have to do the estimate another day because my wife is not home. I told him to get off of my property and not to come back or have his company call me again. There is absolutely no rational excuse to REQUIRE that my wife be present for an estimate for a roof. The next few days I get calls from their number, but they do not leave a message. When I am finally near my phone when they call, I answered and requested that they stop calling and the guy hangs up on me. BEWARE their shady sales tactics.

My husband and I are extremely happy with Power Home Remodeling. We had all of the windows replaced for our home and the entire process was seamless. Our sales rep, Daniel, who initially came to our home was great!!! He was very thorough with the explanation of the product and the process and he answered all of our questions with ease. The project manager and installation team were all very professional, knowledgeable and awesome to work with. The installation staff worked within the timeframe that we were promised and they did so quickly and efficiently. We even received calls from the office during the installation to make sure all was going well and after the installation to ensure that we were happy with the completed project. We noticed a difference with the efficiency of the new windows the first night, there was no draft coming in as there was with our original windows. Thank you, Power Home Remodeling for making this such a pleasant experience. We will definitely be telling everyone we know how happy we are with our new beautiful windows.

The installation crew was great, they arrived early and from the moment they arrived worked non-stop to install 15 windows, which were perfectly installed and look great. They were diligent in their work, kept me informed as the work proceeded, cleaned up everything, and the newly installed windows are absolutely beautiful and look perfect. Additionally, the support team was outstanding, including Ian Ally who was extremely knowledgeable and provided very useful and important information on the windows purchased and installed and reviewed the installation window by window and provided excellent advice including energy savings and other services that Power Home Remodeling Group can provide to enhance my home. Mick Lynch was also outstanding and did a great job conducting the pre-installation inspection and ensured that what I wanted was included in the istallation. I highly recommend Power Home Remodeling Group and will definitely use Power Home Remodeling Group for future home improvements.

My husband and I set up an appointment for the free estimate for windows and from the moment that the representative stepped into our home, we knew that we were dealing with a truly professional organization. The representative was kind courteous, knowledgeable and patient. He made sure that all of our questions and concerns were addressed. When we were scheduled for installation, our installers were kind, courteous and professional as well. They took great care with our furnishings and made sure that everything was cleaned up when they finished; earlier than we anticipated. Their workmanship was stellar. I was truly impressed with the attention that they took to detail in each window. When the project was completed, I was so proud and amazed that those beautiful windows now graced my home. Since the installation of the windows, many of my family and neighbors have told us how truly beautiful our windows are. I am happy to be a proud owner of windows installed by Power Home Remodeling.

From my first interaction with the representative in Wal-Mart to the completion of my gutter installation, this process has been expertly handled. The sales representative came out to my home, did an assessment and provided an estimate. After some deliberation we decided to go forward with new Siding and Gutters. The company helped me arrange the financing and walked me through every step of the process. Any time I had a question, it was answered within hours either via email or via a return phone call. The installers were efficient and professional. I was told the process would take 3 days and it did (which my friends and family have informed me is unheard of by contractor standards). Thank you to the many people at Power Home Remodeling Group for your work and professionalism. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on their home.

Just had siding put on from Power Remodel completed this week. The crew that came were unbelievable. they worked their butts off in the frigid 20 degree temperatures. Never took a break and worked straight through the day. The were friendly, polite answered all our questions. There was no mess and they cleaned up any scrap or pieces of materials that were on the ground. Kudos to the crew I feel they deserve a bonus since they worked in extreme cold temperatures Hope they are given one from Power. Needless to say the house looks great. Had a friend come over afterwards and they almost passed the house , He said it looked great ,the color ,shutters and trim really make the place shine. I have to agree with him. I received new windows from the company Power Remodeling Group who are located in Maryland. I love my new windows. Ms. Christy, a representative for the company helped with scheduling the day for the windows installation; she was nice and patient and assisted me when I had a scheduling conflict. On the scheduled day two installers arrived on time; reconfirmed with me how many hours it would take to install the windows; one guy rolled out brown paper to cover the areas they would be working in. They were neat and made sure all scraps were removed from my home. Near the end of the installation Mr. Zettler arrived to my house to check on the installation project. He explained how to operate the windows. The two installers did a fantastic job. I will buy more windows from this company and I highly recommend them.

We had our roof replaced by Power Home Remodeling. The workers arrived by 8AM. They covered the gardens with tarps to catch the debris from the old roof. They were friendly and curtious. They did a great job on the roof and did a bang up job of cleaning up afterward. They finished the roof by 5PM Then the gutter people came and replaced the gutters, in very little time, and no mess. This year we are having our windows replaced. We are doing them 2 at a time, due to still paying on the roof. Two workers came out a few minutes after 8 AM and got started. Here again very curtious and efficent. Took them about 2 hours plus a few minutes. No mess left behind. We would definetly reccoment Power Home Remodeling. We are very satisfied with the work and the quality of their material and workers.

We will never work with this company simply because of their extreme, predatory sales tactics. Unfortunately the 4 hour sales presentation on a Tuesday night (after making it clear that we had other things to tend to, only to be told, "one quick thing..." by the sales rep) concluded with a bottom line of the highest cost for windows of 5 different window installation companies. Although the sales person was friendly and his presentation of product quality thorough (after 4 hours how could it not be) we were left deflated by the price point and even more angered by the repeated daily phone calls a week later. The phone calls bordering on harassment as well as a sales person that disregards a potential customers time and firm declination of services has left a poor taste in our mouths.

My wife and I would like to report our great experience so far in replacement the windows of our home with Power Home Remodeling Group. The salesperson that came to give us an estimate was very professional and we were impressed with the features of their windows and the expertise of the company with regards to the product itself and also with the installation and warranty. They installed 11 windows as promised in one day and everything went very smooth. We were so impressed that we have decided to complete the replacement of all windows in our home with them especially because of their help with 36 month financing without any interest.
