I cannot say good enough things about the sales representative Dan, who initially educated me on what Sure Dry Basements was about, or the crew of Scott, Rob, Nathan, and Armando that came to my house. The crew was personable, answered any questions I had, worked extremely hard, and did an excellent job of cleaning my basement up. I could not believe how clean my basement was when I got home from work that final night, it was cleaner than I had it before the work was done. To see that as well as excellent results from the piering, installation of the egress, and sump system just added an extra "wow" factor to the experience. I have already used word of mouth to let people know how pleased I am with the completed job. I would recommend Sure Dry Basements to anyone. With as much money as you invest to get your basement repaired, you can rest easy and get piece of mind knowing Sure Dry Basements completed the work. With all of the homework and preparation I did in choosing a basement company (which was a lot), I was not dissatisfied by a single aspect of any of the tasks completed. I am a firm believer in that if anyone fully does their research on a basement company, they will come to an obvious conclusion - Though Sure Dry may not be the cheapest, they have BY FAR the most advanced engineering and experience through the best backing in the industry with Foundation Supportworks. This includes the best warranty in the business bar none. It is the only warranty in the business that not only nationally backs materials, but labor as well. You simply cannot beat the entire package that is Sure Dry Basements.

CJ Malueg just completed our yearly service and was more then awesome with his skills, attitude and professionalism. My appointment was scheduled by a wonderful person who was Lesely. She was very informative, and explained each and every one of my options. I would highly recommend this company as my parents have also had a system installed by Sure-Dry and had the same experience as I have.had. Ryan Weyers from Sure-Dry was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and helped make what was a very stressful time, a lot less difficult. Ryan gave me a good understanding of why my basement foundation was leaking and how Sure-Dry could help. Ryan made sure I was on board with the project every step of the way and answered all of questions in a patient and kind manner. On the day of the repair, Sure-Dry was professional and clean. They did an awesome job. The next day Ryan contacted me to see if I had any questions and to go over the maintenance needed on my wall repair. Sure-Dry was amazing and I would refer them to anyone needing basement help.

My basement has flooded FIVE times due to sump pump failure. This last time I said enough. I contacted Sure-Dry Basements to see how they could help me. Dan was very helpful with the information and more suggestions of how to improve my situation. The crew was just as helpful and did a great job. I am so grateful that I called Sure-Dry. The new sump pump has been running well this past week. Crazy as it is, the water levels are quite high, and even in December the sump pump has been running. Once the generator is completely installed next week, I will sleep with less stress! Thank you Sure-Dry!

We were very pleased with the quality of work and cleanup done by the Sure-Dry Foreman Jaime Hurtado and his crew of Jose and Armando. The work done was excellent. We have had a water problem in our home for over 23 years. We believe that our water issues are now a thing of the past. The crew showed us that our drain tiles were almost completely plugged with clay and sediment which reinforced our decision to have the basement work done. In the summer of 2014, our basement had become a magnet for water! It was coming in from cracks in the basement wall. One call to Sure Dry and a representative was over to our house that day! We soon had wall anchors and WaterGuard installed. Not only have we not seen a drop of water in the basement since then, but the installation was done almost unnoticed! Sure Dry did the work when we were gone, and the clean up in the basement and the back yard was exceptional! Sure Dry is highly recommended by us!

SureDry Basements is a quality company. We had the SuperSump installed a few years ago after our basement flooded. The product has worked without fail (and it gets a lot of use !!). CJ was just here to do the annual maintenance. He was on time (which does not always happen with other service companies) and explained everything thoroughly.
