I don’t think there is anything worse than taking legal action to protect time with your children. The Utah stigma about fathers’ rights aside, navigating this course could only be possible because of Jill. First and foremost, Jill has a sincere desire to defend the too often minimized role of fathers. She knows how children and society benefit when a father takes an active role in his child’s life. Secondly, Jill has an unmatched knowledge pertaining to fathers’ rights, litigation, and mediation. She has given my family comfort while navigating this unfortunate road. What I love about Jill (among many traits) and why I couldn’t do what I have without her, is how thoughtful she is about the process. She is aggressive and assertive when the situation warrants; while strategic and careful always. She has been a blessing in my life and the life of my family. She has given me time with my daughters that I otherwise wouldn’t have had. My girls will never have to wonder if I love them and want to spend time with them. That is real peace as a father, and I wouldn’t know it without Jill.
