Erik Severino is not only one of the most competent and professional attorneys you could have represent you in a Bankruptcy Procedure, he has also got to be the most compassionate and supportive attorney that you could possibly find to guide you through this process. Contemplating filing for a Bankruptcy was very stressful for me as I was also dealing with some other difficult personal matters at the time. Mr. Severino answered all my questions clearly and made the entire process as quick and simple as it could possibly be. Erik Severino is a great attorney which goes to show why he has such rave reviews. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to talk to him directly when I had questions and would instead be directed to his office staff but that was not the case. Erik answered every email and believe me, I sent a lot. If you want an attorney who is attentive and can make a bankruptcy seem like a walk in the park then look no further. On a side note, his office staff is very nice and helpful too which makes things that much easier, it was actually my very first phone call to his office that made me want to go and have a consult with Erik. I believe it was Jose that I spoke with (forgive me if I’m wrong) and he instantly made me feel like my husband and I had nothing to be worried about or even ashamed of.
