WARNING!!!!!!!DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!!!!!!!!! This place is horrible! As everyone else here says the females who answer the phones sound like some hood chicks trying to be professional and they make you feel like they are bothered by your calls and questions. I payed them $455 to lift my warrants and help me. They said at the most it would take up to seven days to lift my warrants. it wasnt until a month later that they said they were lifted.They never called me. I had to call and chase them down. Then after I am told my warrants are lifted, I get pulled over inthe new car I just bought 45 min earlier and I go to jail and get my new car impounded for two warrants that were suppose to be lifted after the long month of waiting. Then they go to court for me and I get several pages from different tickets saying that I owe almost $1,000 or more in 60 days or the warrants will be issued again and that I am on probation for the traffic tickets till 2014. They are rude and do not help you. They just take your money and work for the other team. You are better off sitting your tickets out or setting court dates yourself. If you are like me just trying to do right and get legal, do not go here. They make it harder than before you hired them. GOD Bless you

i wish i would have read all the horrible reviews about this "firm" before i bothered with them. Do NOT retain this firm for ANYTHING - there are plenty of other responsible attorneys out there. This firm will not care about you or anything that happens to your case after they collect your $ - they actually created MORE trouble for me than if i would have just gone to court on my citation myself. After retaining them, all court correspondence was mailed directly to them, however, they completely failed to notify me of all court orders which they signed on my behalf. Because of their complete and utter negligence, I am now summoned to personally appear in court for failure to comply with a court order! When I called demanding answers, I was told that I need to come in on a SATURDAY between 10-2 to talk to the attorney!

Bogus Plano Speeding Ticket I got a speeding in a school zone ticket in Plano. The sign was not even flashing and the cop still gave me the ticket. The cop was very rude to me in front of my daughter. I was highly upset about this ticket. I just didnt feel it was right. So I started calling a couple of lawyers. I only got to speak with assistants even if I asked to speak to an attorney directly. I called Reggie Londons office and he actually answered the phone. He was very polite and listened to me. jOn the day of court his office showed up with a ridculos amount of documents and convinced the city to throw the ticket out. AND HE ONLY CHARGED $50. I was shocked at the amount of work they put into the case for such a small fee. I am happy with the outcome.

My husband rendered his service in 2012 for traffic tickets. His employee, Sam, told us he - my husband - do not have to go to court because Reggie goes and do everything. Time passed and we called to check up on the status of everything... each time we called a young lady answered stating she would call us back (but never did) as well as other times calling no one answered the phones. Needless to say we could never get any communication from the office, my husband was arrested in front of our 2 young children for warrants on the same tickets we paid this lawyer to get taken care of. The staff was very unorganized causing my husband and me more problems financially and emotionally.

negative stars all around.... i paid them to "take care" of my ticket since i moved 3 hours away and could not easily appear in court my self, all the bastard did was sign no contest to both sitations and collected my money. this also took over 4 months and when i called back to get answers i was told court cases can not be discussed until after 4:30 pm... i called back after 4:30 and got no answer at all no one even picked up the phone and there was no answering machine. This is my absolute worst experience with a lawyer this guy sucks at life and i hope he goes out of business.

My family and I have used Reggie London and his law firm for years. His staff and attorneys have always treated us fairly and with respect. Anytime I or any member of my family receive tickets or need legal advice we call London and London. Most recently we had help with a criminal case in Dallas. The attorney handling our case listened to what we had to say and took our feelings into account with everything that was done. My family member was not found guilty and justice was done. I will continue to use and refer this attorney!

I got caught in a speed trap on I-30 one morning driving to work. I took my ticket to London & London and they were very courteous and willing to help. They walked me through the process and kept me informed every step of the way. And the best part was they got my ticket dismissed. I love the way London and London handled my case and I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone looking for a good lawyer.

My tickets were from Addison and some from Dallas. I had speeding tickets and some other stupid tickets but this attorney was good enough to get me some dismissals. The staff is pretty cool and resourceful, they even emailed me my results. I still saved some money and they even helped me get my drivers license back in track. I would recommend this law firm to my friends.

I hired this firm to handle to handle three tickets out of garland. They were able to get all three dismissed. I did not have to take off of work to attend court they did it all for me. I paid $150 and got out of paying almost a $1000 dollars. I will definitely work with this firm again.
