I have been working with Vestus since 2010. I have bought over 30 properties through them and would recommend them to anyone. I have worked with all of their representatives (Jim, Erik and Chris) and find them all to be knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive. They have excellent referrals for contractors, stagers and financing. They are willing to meet with you multiple times during the rehabbing process to make sure you are maximizing your money by making the right updates. If the process takes several months, they will come out when you are ready to list the property to make sure their fair market value is still accurate. Purchasing foreclosures is a risky business and there are some unknowns. Vestus does their best to minimize those unknowns and to give you the knowledge and tools needed to be successful.
