Mark helped my husband and I purchase our first home two years ago. In the last couple of months, we got the pleasure of working with him again to sell that home and purchase a new home. Mark and his team are the best of the best. They make the whole buying and selling process a breeze. He made some suggestions for showing our first home, easy improvements for upping our home value and he sold our home for way above what we thought was ever possible. We put our home on the market on a Thursday at 9:00pm and we had 4 offers by Saturday afternoon. By Sunday, we were out looking for our new home and we had our offer accepted by Monday. He is a real estate genius. I would refer to anyone an everyone. Mark just snagged us our home that we will have for a long time but my husband and I joke that we wish we could buy and sell a house every couple of years just to work with Mark and the Brace Homes team because they are that fun and make it such a joyous experience!
