I’ve thought about how I could put into word just how great working with Shannon, Glen and the rest of their team has been, but I’m having a hard time conveying just how AWESOME they are. My husband and I went to them when we realized we would be moving to a different state all while having a condo in San Diego that was nowhere near worth what we bought it for. We were referred by our friends who just went through a short sale and raved about how awesome they were. At that point we didn’t know what our options were. We were anxious, nervous and confused. After our very first meeting with Shannon we walked out of her office instantly feeling better! She took the time to explain exactly what our options were and answered the million questions we had. After we decided to go with a Short Sale, Shannon and Glen came to our property and sat down with us explaining the entire process… what we could expect, what would scare us and so on…they were honest the entire time and were 100% correct with how the process ended up working. They never made any promises, but were always positive, which helped keep us positive! I would email and call with questions constantly and never once did I feel like I was a bother to them (although I apologized many many times). They truly made the long, stressful process of a Short Sale as easy as possible for us. We were in constant contact even though I knew they were busy with other properties. I always felt like I was the main focus of their attention and that they were doing everything in their power to have a successful short sale for US. I truly do not know how I would have gotten through this process without them. If we had stayed in San Diego there is absolutely no doubt that Shannon and Glen would be our life long realtors!!!!!!

A successful short sale thanks to the team at Silvercrest Realty! I would still be pending my sale without the help of this team! Not only is Carol, Glen, and Shannon professional, they truly care about you! There are no words to explain the service I received at Silvercrest Realty. I found myself having to make the decision to sell my home in a market that I knew I would not come out on top. I first contacted my realtor Carol Sanford and knew right away that I would receive the same level of superb professionalism I got using her as my realtor when buying my home. When I contacted her she introduced me to the team at Silvercrest to include Glen Henderson and Shannon Keatley. Glen and Shannon worked the side that becomes hard, negotiating with the banks to get the process approved and completed. I had made several attempts to do this myself with no success and I am pretty persistent. My home was put on the market at the beginning of June 2011 and right away received great offers and closed escrow as a short sale on Aug 31, 2011. Yes that is right 3 short months. It was kinda hard for me to believe as well since I heard so many horror stories about short sales. Their hard work ensured my short sale was quick, easy and a worry free experience. I also received incentives from the government and my bank totaling $23,000 for short selling my home instead of letting it go into foreclosure. So not only did it not cost me anything I received money! If you find yourself in need of TRUE SHORT SALE EXPERTS, you really need to contact this team! Thank you Carol, Glen, and Shannon! I have recommended my friends and family and will continue to in the future.

My husband and I worked with Shannon and Glen on our short sale. I am pleased to say that it was actually a very pleasant and reasonably easy experience. Going into doing the short sale - I thought it would be a lot harder and more frustrating..... but then we met Shannon, and she made everything so smooth and effortless. She would email us ALL of the items we would need to read and sign, and give us complete lists of everything we needed to bring to our appointments - That made it so easy! She was very compassionate with us and showed lots of understanding and support. Which was great since it was not an easy decision for us to do the short sale. Our place had several offers in the first couple of days of being on the market and escrow closed about 4 months later. So much easier and faster then we thought it would be. Shannon worked hard with the bank trying to get them to agree to everything we were asking for! I am still very pleased with the amount of time and effort she put into this whole thing for us. I think one of the things I most appreciated was how easy it was to get a hold of them. Almost every single time we called, they answered and took the time to talk to us and go through all our questions and concerns. And the rare occasion we get a voice mail, they would always get back to us that same day! I highly recommend them if you are planning a short sale!

Just a great experience. I contacted Shannon and Glen less than 6 months ago to assist with the short sale of my home. Within 2 months we had an offer, and now, just six months later, the home is sold. Shannon, Glen, and the whole team at San Diego Short Sale Experts are absolutely phenomenal! They are always quick to respond to emails or calls with questions. In the selling of a home, communication is key, and this real estate office does great with communication. I was never ignored, never made to wait too long for answers to my questions. They aggressively sold the home, from choosing a perfect selling price, to making sure that the process with bank approval kept moving, they were on top of the process throughout. Perhaps most helpful was how easy they made the process to me. The majority of paperwork on my part was completed electronically or via phone, making my part of the process very simple. Extremely helpful when living far from the home being sold. The process was so easy that I frequently forgot I was selling a home, which was a huge help. Thanks guys for a great transaction!

Silvercrest Realty Group does an incredible job of taking the single most thing away from buying and selling property and that’s the anxiety and stress of the whole process! I worked with Shannon Keatley and her team on selling my home in the San Diego area and received nothing but the utmost professionalism and experience through the whole process.
