We were emptying out a storage unit. Every thing was very straight forward, except a very old and beat up player piano. But with a little thought and a couple of tries the crew got it up in the truck. It weighed several hundred pounds. Taking apart would have taken a lot longer. I was very happy with the results. Would not recomend this service. Even after calling when they did not show up on time. They still showed up 2 hours later Tried to charge 3+ times what the normal cost should have been and I had to negotiate them down to aboutn 2 x the cost Took 10 minutes to load up but still charged me full quite a bit for loading Wouldnot use again
