First of all, I just want to begin by saying that prior to finding Nadia at Vokshori Law Group I had interviewed and hired tons of so called credible attorneys who claimed to be experts in the field of home loan modifications which could not have be farther from the truth. It is amazing to me how much false information (and in many cases intentionally given just to take your money) is out there in the world of home loan modification services. So many firms claim to specialize in this area of law but instead have very limited experience in this modification arena and are just out there to take your money. When dealing with your most precious asset you need to make sure that your dealing with a “SPECIALIST” not a “GENERALIST.” Most attorneys do not specialize in home modification they just dabble in it. When I first found Nadia I knew right away that I had found a diamond in the ruff, after having spent 2 years unsuccessfully dealing with many attorneys and firms that just led me down a frustrating path of false promises. I knew that there was never a guarantee that my home was going to get approved for a modification, and I was willing to accept that as should everyone when hiring a law firm for this purpose, but I knew that Nadia was the only individual who had the SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE to provide me with the highest probability of receiving a modification. But it only gets better as far as Nadia’s high level skill set is concerned, as this is the SECOND TIME that she has successfully modified my mortgage! She modified my mortgage (on the same home fyi) back in 2012 when nobody said that it was possible or just flat out pretended to know but really had no idea how (my situation was much more complicated than most of Nadia’s client’s situations) to modify my mortgage. Nadia got me a trial payment approval in 2 months and it seemed so effortless for her. Again, this review is not a guarantee that Nadia will get your mortgage modified, it is written in order to save you from dealing with anyone else when looking for help. I’m saving you from what I had to go through. Five years later I had run into another ruff patch with my business and this time it was a no brainer who I had to turn to for help and guess what happened, Nadia did it again! Please realize that Nadia is constantly flooded with requests for help as word has spread like wildfire regarding her successful track record and expertise. Nadia is the most pleasurable person to work with and genuinely cares about her clients and that authenticity comes across during every conversation you have with her. It is kind of weird because I have known her for 5 years now and not once has she ever been in a bad mood, even when I was behind on my payments to the firm. Vokshori Law is for the people and is very flexible with payments and understands that people have financial hiccups here and there and this understanding makes them extremely unique in their flexibility, humility, and expertise. Please don’t waste your time working with any other firm Nadia is a special type of human being.

I contacted Volkshori Law on behalf of my wife and me, because our home was in foreclosure. The house was originally bought by her father, so he would be close to us in his retirement years. Then he decided not to live there, so we were asked to move there instead and make the mortgage payments this we did. My father-in-law initiated a quick claim deed with my wife’s name on it, so if anything happened to him we would have a home. But then after dealing with his health problems and me losing my job, we got behind on payments. Then her father passed away and we got into real trouble financially, and the house went into Foreclosure. That is when I contacted Volkshori Law. We were first contacted by Nadia Sommereyns, Sr. Legal Analyst, she communicated to use that we were in fact eligible for the Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP) setup by the U.S. Government to home owners in lowering their mortgage payments. She was very helpful and understanding. She walked us through what to expect and reassured use that everything would be OK, which really help relieve a lot of our stress and worries. We were to just leave it in her hands, she would contact the mortgage company and take care of everything and she did. One year later we received the new loan docs through our mortgage company, which was Wells Fargo, and if anyone has ever had to deal with Wells Fargo they know what a real pain they can be. The house is now ours with a monthly savings of approximately $400 dollars which includes an escrow account to pay for our property taxes and homeowners insurance. Volkshori Law has saved us from losing our house and home, so I highly recommend then if you are currently in foreclosure and need help.

I almost lost my home after my husband’s sudden death in June 2015. Initially, I was able to stabilize myself and learned to pay the mortgage with one income. However, that changed six months later, when I found out the mortgage was going up over $1,000 and I no longer could not come close to paying it with one income and the small pension I was receiving. This all changed when I decided to use the services of the Vokshori Law Group. I was stressed out, but with the initial help of Phil Alvarez and then from the amazing Nadia Sommereyns, Sr. Legal Analyst I was able in about 6-7 months to get it reduced the mortgage to an amount I could afford to pay and get a low fixed rate for the life of the loan. I then was also able to work out reasonable payment schedule to get the legal fees paid for. With all the hard work they did to make this happen, I would have gladly paid them in full if I the finances to do so. I would highly recommend their services. They are extremely professional, but personable and empathetic to anyone going through the extreme stress of potentially losing their home because they can no longer make the payments. Being self-employed, we found ourselves falling behind with our house payments due to medical reasons and a large loss of business. After trying to submit a modification to our lender and being denied twice, we were told to go to "Keep Your Home California". Of course they said they could help us, but after being denied from them, we sought out Vokshori Law Group.
