September 2015 Me and My brother unfortunately lost both parents within a year apart. Our parents left us with the inheritance of their home.Instead of the financial institution assisting us of the proper process and program to modify the home they took advantage of us not knowing .They lost documents and had us refaxing numerous of time the same documents, they had us in the wrong modification program, they put payments in the wrong account causing us to go into default. Gomez and Simone is an awesome law firm. I had an illegal foreclosure case. I worked with Mark Gomez. I was very impressed with my results. He educated me on my rights and explained to me the negligence and improper way that I was done by the financial institution . Through the whole case the strategies that was used for justice was awesome. He worked with me through the whole case and delivered high strategies of winning this case. I highly recommend this Law firm you will not be disappointed
