1800-Got Junk will provide you with customer experience that is rare with most buisnesses now a days. People that I have seen complaining are the people who think the prices are way two high. It is an expensive business I too was price sensitive until they explained to me all the factors in the removal. Afterwards I thought they were probably lying to make a sale so I researched and found it to be a rather expensive buisness. The prices are the prices, they might give you a little leeway but dont complain about something like that. If your looking for exceptional, easy, and great customer service, call them. it is way easier than you would think!

I arranged the items to be removed as there were other things in the same area and I wanted to avoid any misunderstanding. They looked over the "pile" and explained the pricing and the way the operation works. The most impressive thing is the way they carefully arranged everything on their truck - to minimize any damage. It lends credibility to their claim that they will recycle everything they can. The men were courteous, which is a trait that is sadly lacking in most customer service these days. It was probably more money than I should have spent but it was well worth the cost.

I can tell you the Brian Gibson and the Salt Lake Area 1-800-Got-Junk are one of the Best. Brian is a great boss, and this is one of the funnest jobs I have ever had.

Very slick operation. Booked online simply by picking one of the published slot times. Received a call from the pick-up team 30 minutes before arrival, pickup was quick and complete - including a number of items I had forgotten to include on my initial request. Pre-pickup quotation provided and the stuff is gone !

I worked for Brian Gibson for a year and I learned a lot from him in that time. He is a great boss to have and he is very understanding and supportive of what his employees do. The only reason why I quit was because I finished school and got another job. This was one of the funnest jobs I have ever had.

I needed to get rid of an old computer and other electronics, plus some boxes of extra junk. My garbage was low volume, but there was a minimum of $90. I wish they told me about the minimum before I made an appointment. I recommend this service only for large furniture and other very large hauls.

GOT JUNK responded quickly to my request to remove an old stationary bike. The two men who came called to let me know of their estimated arrival time and arrived when they said they would. they were professional and removed the bike quickly. I would highly recommend GOT JUNK.

AMAZING service!!! We had a pile of "junk" stacked around our shed that was an eyesore for more than a year that they had cleaned up in less than a half hour. Worth every penny spent. I would highly recommend them and not hesitate to use their service in the future.

The guys showed up early. Called me before they came to get my king sized mattress. I felt badly for them because the thing was a monster to get in the truck. However, they handled it like professionals . The price was right. I would definitely 1-800-Go-Junk again!

They wanted 100.00 bucks for a mattress n box springs. There only a couple years old. Screw them posted an add on craigs list got rid of them faster than got junk would get there and it was FREE. I will never call them again.

I called these guys to pick up a small tarp of dry wood shakes and they quoted me $250.00. They charge way too much a for just a 2 Minute job! Never again will I give them a chance!!!!
