I had to come to indy because of bad circumstances and Ben made it alot easier on me. My grandfather is very sick and was being forced into a nursing home. We had one weekend to pack, move him to texas, and sell his house. I called several we buy ugly houses type of organizations and Ben not only offered the most but also let us leave anything in the home "truly as-is" which helped in us trying to move him so quickly. This was an easy process as ben just emailed me all necessary documents and we could just go to a notary sign and send back. 8 business days later and we closed on the house. Thanks Ben and I highly recommend you to anyone needing to sell a house on in "as-is" basis.
