I went to a number of attorneys before visiting the McMillan Law Group. All of them really just wanted my money and did not seem to care about my personal situation. The other firms said I could not meet with an attorney until I paid their fees. When I went to the McMillan Law Group, I met with an attorney on my first visit. The attorney talked to me for a good hour and a half about my personal situation and we developed a long term plan to rectify my situation. The foreclosure on my house was stopped, I was guided through the entire process by the same attorney I met with at the outset, and got my discharge right on schedule. I still speak with the attorney and he is now helping me with other issues. I would highly recommend this firm, and would adivse others to go here first and last.

After having 4 investment properties in 4 different states go completely under water and having unsustainable losses I had no choice but to file chapter # 7 bankruptcy. Can i just say how great Julian is at what he does? He met me on a weekend to help me file the right papers for my Bankruptcy due on Monday. We met in the mid day and he talked me through what he needed from me and what i should expect next. After that, he took my phone calls after hours understanding that i could not get to him during the day. His office location is pretty great too. Have you seen Liberty Station? It is all a pretty great package.
